Brookmans Park, Hertfordshire

A new contemporary six bedroom house to replace a dated four bedroom detached house. The original design brief was to optimise the use of the space on an existing property, and evolved onto designing a new house with a fluid design language throughout. After a challenging Planning Application process, the project was approved and built.
